The Stadsschouwburg is a theater in the heart of Amsterdam, the Leidseplein. The theater, built in 1894, has two halls: the baroque Great Hall and the new Rabozaal. The programming is topical and diverse, with top companies from home and abroad. There is theater, music, dance and youth theater to see. High-profile (international) performances go here premiere.
